Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our team in Poland and drive the successful delivery of digital and IT products within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project delivery expertise with Agile leadership, effective stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset. As a Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. You will ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders, foster a culture of accountability and transparency, and guide teams through the full delivery lifecycle. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to navigate complex environments, and a commitment to delivering value to end users through efficient and well-executed digital solutions.

What you will do · Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital and IT initiatives – from planning through development, testing, and release · Choose and apply the right delivery approach: Scrum, Kanban, Team of Teams, or traditional frameworks · Manage scope, quality, timeline, budget, and delivery risks · Identify blockers early and remove impediments to keep teams productive · Build strong collaboration across cross‑functional teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and external partners · Translate business needs into clear delivery outcomes and ensure solutions meet expectations · Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, processes, onboarding, and delivery performance · Support change management and help teams adapt smoothly in evolving environments · (Depending on experience) contribute to backlog prioritisation and product decisions What we are looking for Must-haves: · 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, digital transformation, project leadership, or similar roles · Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex initiatives · Solid understanding of Agile ways of working and IT service management · Strong project and delivery management capabilities · Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills · Confidence in working across technical and non‑technical teams · Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and risk management skills · Experience in driving process improvements and building effective team collaboration Nice to have: · Experience in product‑led environments or software development teams · Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CSM, PSM) · Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools · Working knowledge of Polish (though English C1+ is essential) Who you are · A natural coordinator who brings clarity and structure to complex environments · A proactive leader who supports teams and helps them perform at their best · A strong communicator who aligns business, technology, and stakeholders · Delivery‑focused – you care about outcomes and team health · Someone who enjoys improving how work gets done, not just delivering tasks
