Cloud Specialist - Terraform Engineer

This is a Contractual, onsite role for a Terraform & Cloud Engineer based in Poland (Remote/Hybrid with occasional office visits). We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud engineering, and automation to support enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, automating, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure environments while ensuring performance, security, reliability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Include: Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering · Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure environments · Manage and optimize cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP · Support cloud networking, security, identity, and access management implementations · Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and high availability · Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams on cloud initiatives Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) · Develop and maintain Terraform modules for cloud infrastructure provisioning · Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation for end-to-end deployments · Create reusable Terraform templates and standardized deployment frameworks · Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes Automation & DevOps · Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation · Support containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes · Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions · Optimize infrastructure performance, automation workflows, and cloud cost management · Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives Security & Compliance · Implement cloud security best practices and governance standards · Support compliance, access control, and infrastructure hardening activities · Ensure secure and compliant cloud deployments across environments Support & Documentation · Create technical documentation for cloud architecture and Terraform codebase · Develop operational runbooks and deployment procedures · Provide troubleshooting and operational support for cloud infrastructure environments

Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) · Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP · Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation · Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration · Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and governance · Experience with monitoring and observability tools · Scripting and automation expertise (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills · Fluent English communication skills Highly Beneficial (Nice to Have) · Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments · Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs · Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud compliance frameworks · Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises integrations Personal Attributes · Self-driven and proactive approach to work · Strong ownership and accountability mindset · Flexible and adaptive to changing project environments · Strong technical mindset with excellent collaboration skills Location: Poland (Remote/Hybrid) Employment Type: Contractual Candidates must already hold a valid Poland work visa or authorization to work in Poland.
