EUC Engineer - Chief IT Specialist

Description

This is a Full-time role for an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer based in Poland (Gdańsk / Kraków). The role focuses on managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization’s end-user computing infrastructure, ensuring a secure, stable, and high-quality digital workplace experience. We are seeking a skilled EUC Engineer with strong hands-on experience across CAPA Installer, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365 (M365), Exchange, and Distribution List Management (DLB). The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, supporting, and optimizing end-user technologies, applying automation where possible, and proactively enhancing user experience across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities include Deployment & Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain end-user computing (EUC) solutions using Intune, SCCM, and CAPA Installer Standardize endpoint deployment and configuration processes Software Packaging & Automation: Package, deploy, and maintain applications using SCCM, CAPA Installer, and Intune Automate application packaging and deployment using PowerShell and VBScript Create and maintain packaging and deployment documentation Device Management & Compliance: Manage and secure Windows, macOS, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and related tools Implement and maintain device compliance and security policies Microsoft 365 & Exchange Administration: Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online Perform mailbox provisioning, email migrations, and Distribution List Management (DLB) User Support (Level 2/3): Provide advanced technical support for end-user computing issues Troubleshoot and resolve application, device, and network-related problems Patch & Update Management: Plan, schedule, and deploy OS and application patches using SCCM and Intune Ensure endpoints comply with security and patching standards Process Improvement & Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within EUC services Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with IT teams to align EUC services with business objectives Provide user training and support to improve productivity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience Proven experience with CAPA Installer, Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft 365 administration Strong expertise in software packaging, deployment, and documentation Solid knowledge of Exchange Online and Distribution List Management (DLB) Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD Experience with endpoint security and compliance management Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and VBScript Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, and change management)
